Pana/Pani dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu kontaktu za pośrednictwem poczty e-mail na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. Odbiorcą Pana/Pani danych osobowych będzie wyłącznie administrator. Państwa dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane do państwa trzeciego oraz do organizacji międzynarodowych. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny na realizację celów przetwarzania, jednak nie dłużej niż 5 lat. Posiada Pan/Pani prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przez jej cofnięciem. The content of the notification should clearly indicate:

  1. details of the person or persons to whom the Notification relates;
  2. the event that is the reason for the Notification;

(7) In the case of an occurrence containing a hyperlink to external websites or social networks, there is a co-administration relationship between the Administrator of this Website and the Administrator of the external website in question. Co-administration is limited only to data to the extent necessary for operations related to the operation of the respective button.   4. ongoing communication related to the operation of the Website (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator) – in this regard, your personal data will cease to be processed when you respond to the question or questions in question,
  5. consent of the data subject to participate in the contest (Article 6(1)(a) RODO) – in this regard, your personal data will cease to be processed upon withdrawal of consent or termination of the contest,
  6. to establish, assert or defend against claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator) – in this regard, your personal data will be deleted when the claims in question expire, but as a general rule after the expiration of the 3-year statute of limitations for claims.

(24) The source of the Personal Data processed by the Controller is you, i.e. the data subjects.

25 As a rule, the data is not transferred to third countries, because the data processed as a result of the use of Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. tools are processed on Irish servers. Nevertheless, the providers of these tools may be obliged to transfer data to third countries if such an obligation is imposed on them by law. If you have questions about the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area, please contact the Personal Data Controller.

26 We do not share any personal data with third parties without the express consent of the data subject. Personal data without the consent of the data subject may be shared only with public law entities, i.e. authorities and administration (e.g. tax authorities, law enforcement agencies and other entities authorized by generally applicable laws).

27 Personal Data may be entrusted for processing to entities that process such data on our behalf as Personal Data Controller. In such a situation, as the Personal Data Controller, we shall enter into an entrustment agreement with the processor for the processing of personal data. The processor shall process the entrusted personal data only for the purposes, to the extent and for the purposes indicated in the entrustment agreement referred to in the preceding sentence. Without entrusting your personal data to the Processor, we would not be able to conduct our business on the Website or deliver shipments of ordered Products to you. As Personal Data Administrator, we entrust personal data for processing to the following entities in particular:

  1. providing hosting services for the website on which our Website operates,
  2. being providers of CRM tools,
  3. providing accounting services,
  4. providing services related to IT support.
  5. personal data shall not be subject to profiling by us as a Personal Data Controller under the provisions of the RODO.

  8. to be informed about the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 12 of the RODO,
  9. to correct, complete, update, rectify personal data, as referred to in Article 16 RODO,
  10. withdraw consent at any time, as referred to in Article 7(3) of the RODO,
  11. erasure of data (right to be forgotten), as referred to in Article 17 RODO,
  12. restriction of processing, as referred to in Article 18 RODO,
  13. data portability as referred to in Article 20 RODO,
  14. to object to the processing of personal data, as referred to in Article 21 RODO,
  15. in the case of the legal basis referred to in para. 10(d) above – the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  16. not be subject to the profiling referred to in Article 22 in conjunction with Article 4(4) of the RODO,
  17. to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) referred to in Article 77 of the RODO.

46 Each identified security breach shall be documented, and in the event of one of the situations specified in the provisions of the RODO or the Act, the data subjects and, if applicable, the PUODO shall be informed of such security breach.

48.This Privacy Policy shall apply mutatis mutandis to participants in contests organized by the Administrator.

(49) In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the aforementioned regulations, these regulations shall prevail.
