General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall apply as of January 1, 2025, to all sales or delivery agreements for Products concluded between Elko-Bis Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, KRS 0000411989, NIP 8952011110, REGON 021829340, and the Buyer.

General rules for ordering and delivery
Orders are accepted in writing at the following address: eksport@elkobis.com.pl
Orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Polish time.
The delivery time depends on the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the point of delivery and timing.
A tolerance of +/- 5% applies when ordering Wire Conductor and Tape Conductor.
Warranty conditions
The condition for maintaining the warranty on ELKO-BIS products is their proper maintenance.
All connectors and torsion elements should be preserved by coating them with a thick layer of technical vaseline (catalogue number 99500199).
This operation should be repeated every 12 months.
As of July 1, 2016, we offer an extended warranty on products of certain groups:
3 YEARS – electro galvanized (OC), copper-plated (MI), lacquered (LA) and PCV fittings.
5 YEARS – hot-dip galvanized steel (OG), copper (CU), stainless steel (NI), aluminum (AL), brass (MS) fittings.
Exceptions are straightening tools – 2 years warranty, as well as adhesives and adhesive masses, whose warranty corresponds to the date indicated on the package.
