COMPLAINT PROCEDURE ELKO-BIS LIGHTNING PROTECTION SYSTEMS
Acceptance of complaint
Before submitting a complaint, read the WARRANTY TERMS and CONDITIONS.
Acceptance of the complaint is in the form of an active pdf available here sent to the email address.

The notification should be made immediately after the defect is revealed.
In the case of non-conformity in delivery, the deadline for acceptance of the complaint is 14 days from the date of successful delivery of the order.
The notification should include:
Purchaser’s name, number and date of purchase invoice
Type of complaint (quantitative / qualitative)
Description of the defect and possible method of installation.
Photographic documentation
The customer is informed of the decision on the complaint in writing within 14 days from the date of sending the complete notification.
In the case of complaints regarding inconsistencies in delivery, they are processed on an expedited basis up to a maximum of 7 working days.
