High-performance, four-pole surge protective device with a modular width of 72 mm provides protection against surges resulting from direct and indirect lightning strikes, for example, in homes, offices, and industrial buildings. The ESPAC V T12 12,5/275 series surge arresters are designed for use in the main distribution boards of large buildings. Device equipped with replaceable modules with an optical indicator informing about the device's status: green - functional, red - module needs to be replaced. This version also features a remote signaling contact. The device can be installed in two positions on a TH35 rail. Installation at the boundary of LPZ 0 and LPZ 1 zones or higher in the building's main distribution board (recommended). Can be connected to the power terminals via a cable or a busbar - fork or prong type. ESPAC V T12 12,5/275 series surge arresters are suitable for use in buildings with TT and TN network systems. Varistors and a spark gap are the executive elements in the arrester, with a CT2 connection type and a 1+1 configuration.
